Our Medical Outreach Clinic Program allows Hope Christian Health Center to come directly to patients! We are passionate about increasing access to healthcare for individuals who experience a lack of access to quality healthcare due to cost, distance, or lack of reliable transportation. The Medical Outreach Program consists of two mobile medical units and a team of healthcare professionals that travel to partner locations to provide clinic on-site. The full scope of primary care and lab services offered at our Primary Care Clinics will be available to MOC patients, along with specialty referrals. Our MOC team includes medical providers, medical assistants, community health workers, and patient navigators. Every week, we travel around to various locations in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and surrounding rural communities. We park at partner locations or have a healthcare team provide an on-site clinic.
