Decatur Clinic Location Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting!
This August, we celebrated the Grand Opening and Ribbon-Cutting of our newest clinical site locations, Hope Christian Health Center, in Decatur. The clinic is located on the second floor of the building that also houses our community partner, Foundation for Recovery. The clinic is now open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. All of Hope Christian Health Center’s services are available, including primary care, women’s health, pediatrics, behavioral health, sports physicals, HIV care, vaccinations, labs, and medication management. We are looking forward to serving new and existing patients at our new Decatur location!

MOC2 Ribbon Cutting!
On Thursday, March 27, 2025 we celebrated the ribbon cutting of our second Medical Outreach Clinic, MOC2! We are so thankful for all of our community partners who came to support the monumental event! Thank you United Health Center for your continued partnership and investment into Hope Christian Health Center and our mission to provide excellent, affordable healthcare to all regardless of the ability to pay. We know God will use MOC2 to serve our city and surrounding communities!
