Our Medical Outreach Clinic Program allows Hope Christian Health Center to come directly to patients! We are excited to increase access to healthcare for individuals in Las Vegas and the surrounding communities who experience a lack of access to quality healthcare due to cost, distance, or lack of reliable transportation. The Medical Outreach Program consists of two mobile medical units and a team of healthcare professionals that travel to partner locations to provide clinics onsite. The full scope of primary care and lab services offered at our Primary Care Clinics will be available to MOC patients along with specialty referrals. Our MOC team consists of medical providers, medical assistants, community health workers, and patient navigators.
