The City of Las Vegas created a resource center where unhoused community members can go to access resources in one location. We partner with the City to offer full primary care services, transportation to specialists, and medication assistance for individuals and families at the Courtyard Homeless Resource Center. Our focus when serving patients at this site is all about building relationships with patients to improve the relationship between the multidisciplinary team and the clients. This improves health outcomes and patient trust in care producing better compliance with regimens.
