Receive the Moderna vaccine today!
The Moderna vaccine is very effective in preventing severe COVID-related infection, hospitalization and death. In accordance with CDC and FDA recommendations, we are offering this vaccine to all adults age 18 and older who wish to receive it. If you are interested, please call us to make a vaccination appointment.

Telemedicine available at Hope Christian Health Center!
In order to protect our patients, we are offering telemedicine to ANY established Hope patients.
You must call our main line to schedule your online appointment and have a computer or mobile device with a camera (so our provider can see you) that can access the internet.
Our front desk staff will give you an appointment time and date and then e-mail or text you a link to your appointment just before your appointment time. If for some reason you are unable to keep your telemedicine appointment, please contact the front desk to cancel.
Anyone who accesses the waiting room who is NOT a Hope patient or does not have a scheduled appointment will be removed from the virtual waiting room.
