Gregg Rice serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Hope Christian Health Center. Gregg was born in Kentucky and raised in San Diego, California. He accepted Jesus Christ in 1967 as his personal Lord and Savior at the age of 13, after being witnessed to by a San Diego Chargers linebacker. He graduated from Mesa College with a science degree in 1975, and joined the U.S. Air Force in 1976. After marrying his sweetheart Roberta, they were stationed at Nellis Air Force Base.
Gregg subsequently worked for Shell Oil, which sent him to Houston, Texas, and finally back to Las Vegas. He then worked for the local NBC television affiliate, and retired from the Coca Cola Company. Gregg now works as the membership coordinator for a national bulk membership warehouse.
Gregg and his family are members of Liberty Baptist Church in Las Vegas. He enjoys reading, watching sports and sharing with others how Jesus Christ has affected his and his family’s life and marriage. Gregg volunteers his time with multiple nonprofit organizations here in Las Vegas, including Hope, where he feels his life experiences can help raise the bar and increase exposure for the organization.
Gregg is excited that working with Hope has given him an opportunity to share that everyone in Vegas now has access to high-quality healthcare with doctors and staff who have a heart for Jesus.
